Lost some Wisdom today.

The tooth fairy better give me $100 for this tooth. It's not just an ordinary tooth. It's a tooth of WISDOM!

It's been two hours since I've had just my one and "only" wisdom tooth extracted. The tooth was on the right hand side upper jaw. It surfaced out but was growing sideways. Being way in the back, my dentist recommended removing it for hygenic reasons since it's really difficult to clean or brush.

I arrived at the dentist nice and calm. Wasn't anxious or worried at all. Opened my mouth, and took the wonderful shot of Novocaine. No need for the nitrous. Nitrous should be saved to make your car faster! Waited for the numbing to kick in and took some x-rays.

My dentist walks in with this long metal instrument that looks like an ice pick. He said I'll feel a little bit of a push. I swear, in about ten seconds the tooth was OUT! His assistant didn't even notice that the tooth was out too. I seriously thought my dentist was kidding until he showed me the bloody tooth. 20 years of dental experience definitely shows!

This was an in and out procedure! I'm surprised that it doesn't even hurt (knock on wood). My mouth is just a little sore but that's it. No swelling half chipmunk face yet.

Just excited about my ice cream/milkshake diet for a few days!

As I walk into my office in the morning, I stumble upon two boxes that I've been long awaiting for. One box is large and the second is small. Excited like child in a toy store; it was my normal instinct to open the large box first. Enclosed in the large box was my new Executive Leather Office Chair. The original office chair I normally sit on was due for retirement. I would pump the chair up in the morning and by mid afternoon, I'd would nearly be in a squat position close to the floor. So I open the box up assemble the chair. I lean the chair back, get comfortable, spin around a few times, and test the hydraulics. iPhone 6s Plus

Decided to pull the trigger on getting the iPhone 6S series since AT&T was the last of the large mobile carriers to drop the two year contract phone option.  Now all the mobile companies require you to pay retail price for the phone or you'll have to finance the phone in your monthly bill payments. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning on getting the 6SPlus due to it's size. I have large hands, so it actually looks like a regular 6s in my hands. Although after reading the reviews, I was more sold on the 4K video aspect with image stabilization (a feature only available on the 6s Plus). I've also noticed that I've always purchased the "S" version of the iPhone. My main reason for getting the 'S' models is due to some of the revised enhancements done to the phone prior to the predecessor. Never understood what the S was abbreviated for. Is it short for: Security? Sucker? Speed? Sound? Sensitivity? Who knows? It's a great phone...

Our HOME is for sale!

We decided to put our Castro Valley condominium up for sale. It was our first home that we bought together 14 years ago and we want to pass it to another first time buyer or investor! Many memories in this place. The views of the bay are spectacular! It's in the coveted Castro Valley School District and conveniently located close to BART/freeways, etc. I personally did all the remodeling by myself. New bamboo floor, new carpet, new appliances, new interior paint, new lighting fixtures, new toilets, and new water saving fixtures.
