Hello?!

I'm terribly sorry that I've been out of blogging scene for awhile. In fact it seems like ages since I've last posted something here. Just been busy with the regular rituals of everyday life. Still trying to balance out work with enough fun and enjoyment.

Since my last post, we've watched a Broadway musical and some local ACT plays in San Francisco. In February we saw Jersey Boys. I must say it's probably the best musical I've seen in a long time. The star that played Franky Valli totally "whaled" with authority in the high falsetto.

The other plays were at the ACT theatre and we saw Hedda Gabler and After the War.

I also took a nice week off the beginning of April just for some relaxation. Also hiked and backpacked in the beautiful hills of Sunol. That was fun and challenging!

I'll try to stay more up to date. I've been eating out a lot and adding the the spare tire I'm carrying around. Check out my Yelp reviews here.

As I walk into my office in the morning, I stumble upon two boxes that I've been long awaiting for. One box is large and the second is small. Excited like child in a toy store; it was my normal instinct to open the large box first. Enclosed in the large box was my new Executive Leather Office Chair. The original office chair I normally sit on was due for retirement. I would pump the chair up in the morning and by mid afternoon, I'd would nearly be in a squat position close to the floor. So I open the box up assemble the chair. I lean the chair back, get comfortable, spin around a few times, and test the hydraulics. Everything is fine and I can get started on my daily routine of work. As I'm sitting comfortably in my new office chair, I clear off my desk for the smaller box. iPhone 6s Plus

Decided to pull the trigger on getting the iPhone 6S series since AT&T was the last of the large mobile carriers to drop the two year contract phone option.  Now all the mobile companies require you to pay retail price for the phone or you'll have to finance the phone in your monthly bill payments. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning on getting the 6SPlus due to it's size. I have large hands, so it actually looks like a regular 6s in my hands. Although after reading the reviews, I was more sold on the 4K video aspect with image stabilization (a feature only available on the 6s Plus). I've also noticed that I've always purchased the "S" version of the iPhone. My main reason for getting the 'S' models is due to some of the revised enhancements done to the phone prior to the predecessor. Never understood what the S was abbreviated for. Is it short for: Security? Sucker? Speed? Sound? Sensitivity? Who knows? It's a great phone...

Our HOME is for sale!

We decided to put our Castro Valley condominium up for sale. It was our first home that we bought together 14 years ago and we want to pass it to another first time buyer or investor! Many memories in this place. The views of the bay are spectacular! It's in the coveted Castro Valley School District and conveniently located close to BART/freeways, etc. I personally did all the remodeling by myself. New bamboo floor, new carpet, new appliances, new interior paint, new lighting fixtures, new toilets, and new water saving fixtures.
