HELLO 2007

This is my official first post for the new year and I'm already three days late. So much for making a resolution to keep up to date with this blog. Despite my reputation for not being blogger punctual, I want to take this opportunity to give everyone a sample of my top ten resolutions.

  1. Lose weight and eat healthier. No more AYCE (ALL YOU CAN EAT)
  2. Blog at least everyday or every other day.
  3. Exercise everyday.
  4. FIND A NEW JOB!!!
  5. Spend more time with slee.
  6. Reduce spending on car modifications.
  7. Monitor blood pressure more often.
  8. Decorate and paint the interior of the house.
  9. Take the written exam for a motorcycle license.
  10. Take more vacation time off.

That sums everything up for now. The list continues, although I usually try to make resolutions that you can live up to. I find it amazing that the gyms are so crowded during the beginning of the year and then the crowds go back to normal after three weeks. So much for keeping the resolutions!

I hope that 2007 will return some good fortune as well. It seems that as years go by, inflation and the cost of living increases. It basically throws your budgeting out the window. Sometimes I wish it was automatic for your income to adjust to the increasing expenses. So much savings.

Overall, I know that I have some challenges to try to stick to. As I've said, resolutions seem to only last for weeks. I guess resolutions at least gives you some type of goal to work towards.
