Building a Better Burger
Winyoo celebrated his birthday with
friends down in the Bay Area at the Oprah recommended burger joint entitled, "The
Counter." His original birthday is on October 3rd. The Counter
burger has an interesting concept when it comes to ordering your burger.
Instead of the waiter giving you a menu, they give you a clip board, a pencil,
and a checklist on how you want your burger prepared. Here's an example of
their menu.
You basically select the weight of the patty and go down the list of all the
different variety of items along with the usual condiments. I believe if
you were to check off everything, it comes out to be a $45 burger!
However, it's nearly impossible to eat if you had every single ingredient
offered one single burger. They also have sweet potato fries which are
super delicious! It's a bit different from the conventional fries, but
it's well worth the try. Enjoy the photos that I have to share.
