Hilltop's New Years Dinner

Hilltop normally has it's annual holiday dinner in December. Due to the sales contest, Leonard's wedding, and the holiday madness; our company dinner was postponed until January. Despite the postponement, everyone was in the spirit and enjoyed themselves with a spectacular dinner. The ambiance was cozy and intimate. The tables made it feel like a big family dinner with plenty of conversation stimuli. It seemed like everyone had the Captain's Platter and had second thoughts on the Prime Rib with fear of the rumored MAD COW disease breakout!
We reflected on the great year we had in 2003 and the great year we have ahead of us! Good luck for 2004! Enjoy the photos!
