Chicago
September 12 - 19, 2004
During the week of September 12 through the 19th, I made a
trip to the lovely city of Chicago for Finance and Insurance (F&I) training.
The training was held in a suburb entitled. Bannockburn which is 30 miles
outside of downtown Chicago. It was held by an insurance company by the
name of PROTECTIVE.
I learned a tremendous amount of information about the F&I industry's laws,
regulations, practices, and most importantly; selling techniques!
The course definitely introduced me to better selling techniques!
I did get the opportunity to do a little sightseeing while
visiting. Did plenty of walking downtown. Had yummy Chicago
Style Hot Dogs, deep dish Chicago style pizza, and had some Caramel Popcorn!
Below are some links to places and restaurants that I've
visited:
Garret Popcorn Shop
Bob Chinn's Crab
House
Giordanos
Pizza
The
Signature Room on the 96th
Sears
Tower
Seadog Cruises at Navy Pier
Shedd
Aquarium
The
Field Museum
Vienna Beef - the
common hot dog brand in Chicago. You see their logo as many times as you
see a Starbucks.
